Zihad, my plane is ready to fly from Kitchener to Ottawa over the next 2-3 wks. I will not be able to make accurate measurements for a diagram until then. Ask me again, if I have not made a diagram by then.

I agree the Andair / fuel selector is always in a very visible position.

Upon engine start up I have a CLOCKWISE sequence ( key is always visible on the top of the instrument panel when burping the oil in the rotax).

I start with fuel selection on, next throttle to idle, master on, electrics on, accessory fuel pump 5 seconds on, choke as needed, finally key in "clear" & start.

Engine shut down - COUNTERCLOCKWISE, key off/out and on top of instrument panel - always visible, Electrics off, master off, throttle -/+ pushed in (out of the way), fuel selector position.

rule: keep it simple ie sequenced in a pattern - clockwise / counter-clockwise.

Good luck with your build, you will enjoy the 701 / 750 flying characteristics. Conrad

Dear Conrad,

As i can see, the fuel selector is at the center console, and it is he best position as for the ergonomic wise. Ive fly with a pilot is a 701 here in my country, the fuel selector valve is located behind of passenger head position, and of course, it will be hard for the pilot to reach that location. He also advised me to do the same as yours.

If you dont mind, can you share with me more info and diagram about the center console panel and the fuel line diagram.

thanks Ben, the 750 does not come with the console. Mark Townsend set up the original design for the Canzac built planes.  I have evolved the original by making it 1" narrower but still able to accommodate the andairfuel valve. The front edge is cut back at an angle to streamline the design ( in my eyes) . This leading edge has a curled (rounded ) margin to make it less of a sharp metal edge.

Upper and bottom console piece are rivetted. The pilot side panel is rivenut removable. The passenger side rivetted.

Front of consul( not seen ) is open for inspection.

Floor has L brackets to secure side panels.

Key position allows emergency shut off without being obstructed by the y- stick. Left side sockets for 12v, Iphone and a music input for the intercom unit.

Easy enough to make on ones own. If you would like more info or a diagram, let me know. Conrad

Nice clean panel.  Does the 750 come with the center console.  If not, are their plans for making one?  I have a 701.

PS..by far the sharpest paint job I've seen...great job!!!

you will look yellow in there while flying :)

you could use that sticky "sand paper" the kids use on skate boards.  I think you can get it in yellow to.  its called grip tape.

I think I will go solid too after seeing the results.  I'd look at getting some sort of adhesive pads that are sticky on the one side and like a sandpaper finish on the other.  Seen them before just can't remember what they are called but they work really well  Used a lot in aluminum boats. I really like how that looks!

Mark. I was asked to remove the ZnChr to reduce chance of irregularities prior to the interior painting. I agree, it looks good in a solid colour. A friend ( professional painter did the final prep and spray). I am sure that the floor paint will scratch in time, and so, I will put in a thin matt or pad to protect the surface.

I am not planning on any interior covering ( carpet, upholstery} in order to reduce unnecessary weight---772 lb. with 912 rotax. )

Beautiful!!! Did you have any problems with painting the interior?  I'm thinking of just using zinc-chromate inside but yours looks very slick!!!  Can't believe how clean it looks!

Any issues so far with scratches on the floor?
