Are you doubting the ULpower specs?  -:)  manufacturers are usually right on the money with their specs !!

Just look at Zenith's empty weight claims... cruise speed, stall speed, slats no slats results...lol

that will be interesting to follow and responses you will get from Ulpower users..

Yes we use a STUSKA water brake with an electronic load control system to control RPM and measure torque.
