Just my opinion, but you may want to consider upgrading to the newer style front fork. I’ve got an 0-200 up front, and the amount of flex with the original fork is not a good thing. Though I ended up using a much stronger and taller modified scratch-built fork another fellow 750 builder made for me, the newer style fork Zenith has now is a big improvement over the original one.

Here is a photo of the one I have. It is about 2” taller than the stock fork, as I have. 76” prop and needed a little extra clearance. It’s made from 6061 T6 3/8” plate and has the 5/8” through bolt axle like the 801 has. At the time I had this one made, the newer style fork with the much larger single radius design was not available. Had it been, I would have simply purchased it instead. Zenith will modify your gear leg mount plate to the new radius style if you send it in.

If you go up to any 750 with the new style fork and try to move it left to right while holding on to the front of the cowl, you will see how much less side-to-side flex they have.
