Thanks! Some guys have added truss-style bracing to the L to add stiffness, which seems to work well. I'm not sure how much additional square or angle would help, it would probably just flex along with the L. Surprisingly, it works pretty well as shown. I was able to do the .040 fin and rudder spars pretty easily, but I doubt I will be able to do the .063 cabin pieces with it.

Nice work. One thought that occurs to me with the brake is maybe bolting on an extra piece of angle or square tube to the backside of the leaf to add extra stiffness in the center. I do not use this style of brake so I am not sure how practical or beneficial that may be.
