Very cool !!!
On my CH-750 I have the Cessna 150 exhaust, but I'm not happy.
This model from Vetterman looks very good. But in my case, I have a vacuum pump installed. I believe this cross exhaust will not work.
Unless the people at Vetterman can fix this for me.

I'm from Brazil, I built a CH-750 with Continental O-200 engine.

What would be the best propeller for this engine 02 blades wood ???

 

In the Zenith manual it recommends 72 X 44.

H Steven, I was looking at your photos and curious if you are happy with the exhaust system.

I am rebuilding an 0200 also, and need to get an exhaust system ordered.  Vetterman’s price

seems good.

I saw in your photos the zenith O-200 cowling, I'd be interested in how it fits. Im using zenith style exhaust with stock cowl

Yes, it came with both muffs, I didn’t have them on for the test fit.

are you going to add some kind of "cans" for carb heat ,or cabin heat?
