Started at 0800 and were done and cleaned up b 2:00. These amphibs had been previously installed on a Bob McDonald's 750. I just needed to drill for the attachments to the front float bracket. Came out pretty close, though I suspect there will always be a bit of "futzing" around when changing out gear.
