The original idea came from a picture on the Zenith website. There was a plane in Hawaii that used similar curved striping on the sides of the fuselage and then took it up over the cowling. It was then that my wife and I realized that the Boxy look could be smoothed out. Was real pleased with the way the vinyl worked. It can alll be designed on the computer at a good vinyl shop and cut out at one time. I like the idea of being able to change designs if we get bored with this one.

Where did you get your ideas for your vinyl patterns? I have a 601 that's going to need to be repainted. Looking for something different.
