Want to make a note of this.  Rain and wind was hard from one direction.  When I sumped my tanks on my next preflight, I found water in one of them.  A friend then suggested that I drain more out, and into a bigger container. 

Ended up getting about a quart of water out. 

Lesson learned for future fly-ins:  drain sumps into bigger containers than those little test-tube sized things.  It's more effective to "drain a lot all at once" versus "a little bit a whole bunch of times".
