After rigging the rudders and cables, my left and right rudder deflection was 20 degrees either direction....good enough. Had to remove a small amount of nose gear centering block material. Even then, the rudder steering horn did not contact the aluminum rudder stops. By riveting on an angle nut plate with a hex screw, my rudder stops work per the plans and are also adjustable.
