Bryan, yes there is a 5th bearing.. It is Bill Clapp's design. It uses the main from a Chevy 350! 110 HP. He has aerie fly straight shaft that sets it in place beforenassebly. http://azaleaaviation.com/about/default.html

Did you opt for the 5th bearing? Is that what that thing is behind the hub? 100hp/110/120Hp?

On the short rows now, N750YP is now in Valdosta at Azalea Aviation for Cowling fitting and the last of the nit-picky things, then off to VLD airport for wing fitting!
