Here is how I found 701 # 4944. It was in an huge old industry barn in Orofino Idaho. Found out about it after visiting a neighbor of my Dads who has an almost finished 701 with a really neat fuel injected EA81 Subaru engine.

Looks like there was a plan to install a Rotax 521 (early version of the 582 65 hp) 2-stroke. The Rotax 582 "Blue Head" has a good reputation for light, high power..... reliable power plant. But it also has a reputation as a fuel hog !
