Mark;

I used a PA 18 (like) nose bowl from spruce. This was clamped to the flyweel (shimed for proper clearance) then formed the cowling using .025 . Upper and lower are joined with hinges similar to RV's. A shrinker would help in forming the lower section to the nose bowl. I also made a small door for oil access. It all works fine. Oh, lower section 1st. Not all that hard once you get started. I've got  the 0235 c2c and warp drive like yours.

You have any plans for making the cowl?

I'd love to toss my fiberglass one in the river... :(

Thanks, it's a little work but a-lot lighter than paint.
