I did a few test bends on scrap and was able to bend them on my brake. As far as I know, the longeron extrusions are only available from Zenith.

Did you purchase the angle and "Z" metal from Zenith or bend yourself? I understand there is a extrusion for the four corners of the fuselage. I plan on ordered at least that from Zenith. Maybe all of this bent metal in the same box. not sure yet.
