That's a good point! Unfortunately I already flanged this one, but I will take note of that with the center and other outboard wing spar. Thanks!

Just a point of interest here.This looks like the spar web for the 701. Roger at zenith had advised me NOT to flange the spar holes until after the spar caps are rivet. The ali does move around quite a lot when its flanged and also when marking out the spar for all attaching parts its much easier with the spar lying perfectly flat on the bench.
