This is the Zenith 1450 Amphib. float clecoed together to check fit. It is easier to correct any issues before the 3M glue is applied. :>)
The factory pre-drilled float kit has assembled without any fit issues.

I may fly them a season to check for leaks before making plans to paint them or polish them.

Looks good Bob !!  are you painting them or polishing them?  polished would cut a bit of weight but will require elbow grease  -:)  and much more time !!!
