Here the float rear bottom skins have been joined together with the keel and step doubler riveted in place. The clecos are where the "No Rivet" lines were so I did not rivet the skins into the float bulkheads...I left cleco in to keep squeezing the "glue from hell" out as it cures over the next couple days. This 2-step installation allows you to be sure the "The Glue" has not plugged your pump out hoses as it drips all over the inside of the float during the riveting process. So far 4 tubes of 3M Marine Sealant Adhesive used... Zenith only sent 6 tubes. The factory techs must be glue misers when they assemble them.
