Both left & right bottom skins, keel, and step doubler clecoed in place. No you remove and apply 3M Marine sealer / adhesive along keel...same with the step doubler. You re-install and rivet the keel and step doubler being careful to avoid the "No Rivet" areas of the bulk heads. You can then remove both bottom skins as a single piece and add extra 3M Marine sealant "inside" along the keel line. Next step after that is to put 3M Marine sealant on all bulkheads,, edges and mating surfaces...both the bottom skins and bulkheads get the treatment. With the help of a friend or "wife" :>) the bottoms skins and all that sealant get clecoed together for the final riveting.
