    Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I painted my airplane using Interlux Brightside one-part polyurethane yacht paint. You can brush it, roll it or spray it. I rolled mine using small foam rollers, followed by brushing to remove the bubbles. It flows out very nicely. The quality of the finish depends on the smoothness of the primer coat. I didn't do a very good job (I was looking for protection, more than perfection), but it looks great from 5 feet away.
