Unfortunately I have decided to sell my Cruzer CH750 project. My life has changed and I simply don't have the time, sadly I have not been able to work on it in over a year...so as tough a decision as it is, I know it's the right one.
The airplane is almost complete, the engine is hung and the plane is on the gear. The main gear has Desser tundra tubeless tires and the nosewheel is an 8.00 x 6.00 tube type tire. The steel bungee has been installed. Fuselage, wings, H stab, V stab, Rudder and Flaperons all done. Dual sticks are mounted. The ailerons have been divorced from the elevator. Matco brakes have been installed on both sides and I have double pucks for each front wheel. It's easier to tell you what isn't done than what is...so here's what remains to be finished:
The roof (skylight), doors, seat pans, cowl, baffles, avionics, wiring and plumbing...although the wings have been wired for strobes and landing lights and have been plumbed with 1/2” solid aluminum fuel and vent lines. I have all the materials needed to complete except the avionics (does include two Garmin auto pilot servos). I have the cowl, baffle kit, new door kit and landing light. I also have a full Robert Lemke interior finish package. The wings need to be mounted and final rigging completed. I will also include all clecos and numerous tools for the buyer.
The engine is a completely overhauled Continental O200A...however it is not your typical O200. The engine was assembled for me by an A&P/IA mechanic that was the lead guy for 35 years at the airport in Marlboro, MA. It has new Continental cylinders which were sent to Lycon out in CA to be flow balanced, ported and 9.5:1, ceramic coated NFS pistons installed. All critical parts are yellow tagged parts and Aircraft Specialties serviced most of them....I have all the records. This is as close to a new O200A as you can get. The engine also has the Skytec lightwieght starter and a 50 amp Plane Power alternator The two Slick Magnetos are brand new, This engine should deliver 112HP with the upgraded pistons and it should easily achieve over 100 MPH in cruise with the correct prop (was gong to go with Catto). BTW the engine has been pickled/preserved according to Continental's recommendations and dessicant plugs in spark plug holes are changed regularly.

There is a ton of information on that website. This is my second homebuilt project and if I do say so, the workmanship is excellent.
So...I will not separate the airplane from the engine and I will not sell anything piecemeal. This is a one stop buy.

I am motivated to sell so make me a reasonable offer. I want $45,000 for the package. I paid $23,000 for the kit and I have $22,000 into the engine (documented). So that's where I get the $45,000. I have well over $50,000 invested in the project when you add in the Robert Lemke interior, new doors, landing light, autopilot servos etc, etc. 90 % of the work is done so all the labor to date is free. BTW I live in Southampton, Massachusetts.

Whoever is lucky enough to end up with finishing this is getting a heck of good deal. Don, the workmanship looks superb and the improvements you've incorporated are making it even better for the next owner/operator. If I was building again...I'd start with this project!! Good luck with the sale.
I am interested in the complete aircraft including landing gears and tires and breaks. You can exclude the engine. I do have a Rotax 912 uls. If you wish to exclude the guages that would be ok since I have glass pannels that would work with my rotax. If you wish to give me a call we can discuss a fair price. 352 817 4919
