Hi Matt, While the wing is open, what about the idea of adding a .025 sheet of alum to the underside of the top skin at the wing root. Where we stand on the wind. Would this have any detrimental effects. Would it be adding unnessary weight? Alan

I did that when I built mine, but I put the doubler over the wing skin then covered it with wingwalk material.
