Online Community of Zenith Builders and Flyers
Just wanted to make an official announcement that WALSTROM AVIATION will now be the official supplier/resseller to Zenith builders for the Aeromomentum line of Aircraft Engines, Firewall Forward Kits, and Parts. In addition to sales, we will be offering actual Engine Installation Services that will be a complete turn key installation.
Additionally, WALSTROM AVIATION will be offering Quick-Build Component Parts (Fuselage, Wings, Tail etc) for the Zenith line of aircraft. As well as an option of having us build your Fuselage to Quick-Build stage and then install the engine before shipping back to you.
Current lead times for the Aeromomentum engines are approximately 90 days (as of 9-12-18) and a $1,000 deposit is required to get into production.
Engines that currently meet Zenith build requirements:
AM13 100HP base (with High Output options 112HP and 126HP) 175lbs engine -200lbs installed
AM15 117HP base (with High Output options 131HP and 147HP) 185lbs engine 200lbs+ installed
The configuration required for a Zenith installation would be the "Slant Configuration."
Engines: Taking deposits now
Quick-Build Kits: Taking deposits now
Zenith is currently a 12 week lead time for most kits. 1st open slot for start of production of your Quick-Build option would be some time in December 2018.

Am I wrong?
Hi John. I spoke with John Austin, the forum moderator, about this post. He said that this is allowed within the engine forums. I guess it also posts to the main page, and then Zenith I suppose decided to "feature" it. So no harm no foul. This will not be a regular thing for me here, just simply making an announcement and communicating what is happening. Thanks. I hope your build is coming along nicely and you are enjoying the journey thus far.
Within the Engine Forums, Zenith.aero does allow the vendors of engines and services to announce new products and services and supplement their posts with promotional videos, photos, performance charts, etc. They are not, however, to conduct business such as taking orders or using the forums for questions relevant to a customer's order such as updating payment and shipping status, etc.
Outside of the Engine Forums, no advertising or commercial business use of the forums is allowed. The exception was made in the Engine Forums because members said they wanted more detailed information about engines and it is difficult for a vendor to supply that without utilizing their commercial resources.
I have a hard-and-fast rule that if I, as moderator, delete or edit a member's post, I immediately contact that member to tell them I did it and why. However, Sebastien (Zenith) has recommended that if posts of a commercial nature are encountered outside of the Engine Forums, I may immediately delete them and without explanation.

This sounds like a great idea, I am sure that your engine installation services will also help Aeromomentum to gain more market share!
Good luck and all the best!
