<p>There is enough “play” in the clecoed holes that it can be moved. Take the clecos out and square it up, then re-cleco. I think you will find that you can get it right by doing this. Do not simply rivet when it is not “right” (square). If you put any rivets in at all, it will be forever that way. You will find this phenomenon throughout the build. Good luck.</p>
