<p>Wow it sounds like the CG is too far aft. The CG on my 701 is near the aft with Rotax 912 and BRS parachute mounted in back of baggage compartment and full of fuel and the tail has to be pulled down with some force. I never have ever had it tip down in any type of wind. </p>
