I have looked at an edge from some snips once - it was very rough. Made me want to hit every part with the vixen file once more just to be sure. I'll see if I still have any pictures around from the snip-cut edge - otherwise I'll take some new pictures when I get a chance.<br />

That is why after every cut you should file down to remove the fracture area, all in all It still proves to be a good way to cut a large sheet. Thanks for the microscope view. If you have time can you share a view of a cut done by the $6.00 special package of 3 aviation snips that everyone uses. That should prove to be a real eye opener for stress risers.
