I just stumbled across a nice adjustable hole saw it has cutters on both sides.
I have never seen one like this. Mine has only one cutter on one side. Ought to
be easier and safer.

Kevin,

I bought one similar(??) from harbor freight. Worked fine for what I needed to make flanging die blanks to use with router to make dies. I have not used on aluminum but cutting wood the cutting tips wore and curled. FYI, try on waste material first unless you or someone else has had good luck. Again it did what I needed..

I bought one similar from harbor freight. It is harder to set up as now you have to set 2 cutters. Used it once and it would not CUT .032, just not heat treated blades. It is in the trash now.

Interesting, about the Al reply s. I now use a single sided cutter and it has cut all of my Al holes to be flanged. I'll let you know when it arrives.
