I've been asked several times what mods I made to the 601 HDS trigear. Here's a short list: sleek steps, 5 successive sets of wheel pants, sleeker wingtips, glass/epoxy canopy fairing, glass/epoxy cowl mods, oil and water radiators are inside the lower cowl, toolbox in the armrest, Sensenich 2-blade carbon/epoxy ground adjustable prop, Princeton fuel level senders, MGL FF-1 flow-sensor, marine type hydraulically-swaged stainless steel cables.
