Manual and test program

Has anyone put together a good 750 manual (POH) or a good flight test program that made the FAA happy?

An excellent starting point is the STOL CH 750 (Light Sport) Pilot Operating Handbook (POH).  You can download a copy of the handbook on the Zenith builder resources section of zenithair.com.  There's also a useful maintenance manual that you can download.

I guess I need more guidance.  I can't find the POH and Mx Manual on Zbuilder.

If you go to the builders site, click on the CH 750 link, and then Photo Assembly Guides, I believe it is the second row in the table of documents.
