Jeff, I bought the airbox from zenith Canada and I recommend you build your own because the fit is not particularly good. It's also expensive nearly $400. If you purchase the cowling from Zenith you also know that it doesn't fit very well. I had to cut a section out of the bottom of it and join it to bring it together about 3 because it was far too wide. Good luck and if you have any questions that I can answer give me a call I have just about completed the entire aircraft now and I'm waiting…

You know after I saw a completely enclosed baffling, instead of webbing around the edges using the cowl to seal the top of the engine, I simply bent an aluminum top and completely sealed the engine. Only took a couple of hours. Again I used poster paper large enough to cove the entire top of the engine ,marked a line around the baffling, bent a 1/2" flange and cut, notched as necessary for a nice clean fit. Then transferring it to aluminum. It is in stalled on my 601 and the cowling fits…

It gives you a scaled drawing that will work with the 0-235. I took poster paper laid out a 1" grid and drew the different parts. I then fitted the poster board on the actual engine to make sure they fit. Then I transferred the templet to .020 6060 T6 and cut the parts out and installed.
The book "Tony Bingelis On Engines" has plans to make your own templets and baffles. That is how I made mine for my 0-235 C1B. Check AS or Amazon. I purchased his book several years ago for less than ten dollars on Amazon. I believe Van's used to sell a templet, but not sure if they still do
