<p>I guess there is no way of getting around it, I'll have to contact my homeowners insurance company and see what they say. I'm already forced into having way more contents insurance than I need. I'm kind of afraid to talk to them as they might assume I have some sort of industrial or hazardous operation going on and hike my policy way up. On another note, I do have a special 'rider' on my Kubota tractor (worth about $25k) that cost about $25/month to cover. $25K coverage would be about…</p>

I found out hull not in motion insurance is incredibly expensive, and homeowners will not cover loss of aircraft parts, components, or the aircraft.
