I have not had any issues with overheating but since it is thicker than the UL cooler fitment is a challenge and I have noticed the connections on the bottom weep oil over time. Hoping that moving them up top will reduce this...</p>

I changed oil coolers over a hundred hours ago and have not had an issue with over heating the oil since. If air bubbles develop they obliviously do not cause heat issues which is what the oil cooler is there to prevent. I used low profile fittings and did not have any clearance issues. My mount does not utilize the the stock rubber shocks which saves some clearance. My oil…</p>

I changed oil coolers over a hundred hours ago and have not had an issue with over heating the oil since. If air bubbles develop they obliviously do not cause heat issues which is what the oil cooler is there to prevent. I used low profile fittings and did not have any clearance issues. My mount does not utilize the the stock rubber shocks which saves some clearance. My oil cooler is tilted back slightly to match the oil pan profile which helps with clearance.</p>

<p>It is what the company recommends and it is supposed to reduce the possibility of an air pocket in the cooler. I also want more clearance between the bottom of the cooler and the bottom cowl.</p>
