How do the 701 and the 750 perform on amphibs?

Hi Nelson,  I have a 750 on 1450 amphibs.  There are a few flight test and general observations I posted under the Zenair Floats section.  Might help with a few of  your questions?  Cheers!  Dave

I was thinking of 3 wheel amphib floats, maybe I should consider straight floats.

Sounds like a 701 may perform better?

Wondering if anyone else on the forum has some info on the 701 or 3 wheel amphib configurations.
