CH750 Cruzer Kit $22k (rounded up)

Jabiru Engine $20k (I am guessing based on 2012 pricing I found)

Firewall Forward (FF) approximately $5k

Avionics/Instruments $5k-$10k (average)

Paint? $1500-$100k (the sky is the limit)

So probably somewhere around $60k and then the cost of someone building it. There are MANY other engine choices, simple or complex instruments and avionics, paint processes etc. I am actually partially scratch building and kit building and…

There are MANY other engine choices, simple or complex instruments and avionics, paint processes etc. I am actually partially scratch building and kit building and plan on using a Corvair. Hoping to complete for half of that total. FYI... this is more than one winter project.
Bryan, could you estimate the…tag:zenith.aero,2015-07-30:2606393:Comment:4453792015-07-30T13:16:07.996ZJeff Driscollhttps://zenith.aero/profile/JeffDriscoll

Bryan, could you estimate the total cost of a 750 Cruzer kit, Jabiru 3300 engine, "standard" or at least moderate avionics, paint, tires, etc.?? I have a friend with a shop who builds kit cars and may be open for a winter project.

Thanks for your time and thoughts on this.

Agreed. :-). The Cruzer is a great choice for leg room, shoulder room, and visibility. I'm 6' myself. All reasons I chose the Cruzer.

Jeff,

Welcome! Just FYI. There are only about 4-5 flying Cruzers at the moment and half of those are the factory. This is still a very new design and all under construction. There are a few that are nearly done that keep posting on here. No real "inventory" out there at the moment.
